VASPA leadership structure comprises of the Board of Trustees, the Governing Council, and the General Assembly.

While the Board of Trustees is the highest policymaking body, guardian, and steward of the Association, the Governing Council is the executive team. The General Assembly is the general members of the Association.

Currently, for an initial period of one (1) year effective from March 2025, the Association is governed by a Steering Team.

The primary task of the Steering Team is to ensure the proper establishment of VASPA, provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of the affairs of the Association, initiate membership mobilization and strategic partnerships in the industry, and ensure the safe transition of the Association to its full governance structure.
